Medical assistance

RX provides an onsite medical assistance for its clients, staff and contractors. The infirmary is located at the bottom of the outside steps to R8 (sea front). In the infirmary you will find, either an ER doctor or nurse. They are present throughout the show, build up and break down during working hours. Should you need to reach them by phone for yourself, or if you witness an incident, you should dial 8404 from a Palais extension or 04 94 99 8404 from a mobile. They will come to you if necessary. This service is only available in the Palais and our major events and it does not extend to hotels and apartments. We recommend that you put this number in your mobile.

The Nice Côte d'Azur international airport - located near Cannes - is the largest airport outside of Paris, and offers a wide range of transfer solutions.
Transfer by helicopter
Save time and enjoy the aerial view of Cannes! Our official partner Azur Helicopters operates 7-minutes flights from the Nice Côte d'Azur airport to the Cannes heliport where a shuttle will take you to your destination.

Transfer by buses
The Nice AirportXpress line N°210 is at your disposal to connect Nice Côte d'Azur airport to Cannes bus station, every day from 7:00 to 21:00, with a frequency every 30 minutes, enjoy a direct route by motorway without any stopover.
One-way ticket: from €22.
Return ticket: from €33.
Transfer by taxi
A personal driver will be waiting for you at the airport and pick you up at your arrival (Terminal 1 - Gate A1 & Terminal 2 - Gate A3) to drive you to the Palais de Festival within 30 minutes.
